We pride ourselves on same day dispatch. If you order before 12 noon UK, in 99% of cases, your item will be shipped on the same day. We have a team of dedicated staff in our warehouse who will make sure your item leaves us as quickly as possible.
Please note: If you live outside of the UK you may be liable to local taxes, ie import duty and the relevant charges levied by the courier, which may include an admin fee. Please contact your local customs department for clarification. We cannot be held liable for any additional charges you may have to pay when the product is in your country.
If an order is rejected at customs due to non payment of local taxes/import taxes and the item is returned, a return charge will be deducted from your refund.
If your item has not arrived within the time frames stated below, please visit our online tracking form and fill it out to check it’s status. If we know of any problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible. As soon as your bike or part is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email (to your PayPal email address or the address used at the checkout) to let you know when they intend to deliver your item.
Please note: if you are ordering from the Scottish Highlands, Ireland and Islands your delivery may take up to 7 working days.
